Double chins can be caused by weight gain, inactivity or sagging due to the aging process. Whatever the reason, double or triple chins can be somewhat eliminated with a targeted exercise regime. A change in your diet and the use of beauty products can also help.

  1. Toner and Diet

    • 1
      Apply a toner every day after you wash your face to help your skin remain firm.

      Eat a diet high and fiber and low in fat and calories.

  2. Replace junk food and high-calorie snacks with fleshy fruit, such as apples and pears, and vegetables. This will help eliminate the layer of fat that is giving you the appearance of a double chin.

      Seat yourself in a chair in front of a table. Place your right elbow on the table, resting your chin in an open hand. Attempt to open your mouth while simultaneously pushing your hand up make it more difficult. Do this for a few minutes four to five times a day.

      Stand tall and erect, keeping your feet together. Slowly tilt your head backward as far as you can and hold this position for 30 seconds. Slowly lift your head back to its original position.

      In the standing or sitting position, lift your head until it is perpendicular to the ceiling. Turn your head back and forth several times to stretch your chin.
